This policy applies to all E-bikes offered for sale or rental by our company. It is designed to assure customers of the durability and reliability of our products in various environmental conditions.

Ingress Protection Standards

Dust Protection (IP53 – Level 5)

  • The E-bike is designed and manufactured to allow minimal dust ingress that does not interfere with its normal operation.
  • Components are sealed or shielded adequately to prevent damage or malfunctions caused by dust.
  • Regular maintenance and cleaning procedures must be strictly followed to ensure dust does not accumulate in critical areas.

Water Protection (IP53 – Level 3)

  The E-bike is protected against water spraying up to 60 degrees from the vertical.

  • The E-bike can withstand water sprays from angles up to 60 degrees from the vertical without sustaining damage.

  • Users must avoid submerging the E-bike in water or exposing it to continuous water jets.

Limitations and User Responsibility

  • Like other electronics such as smartphones and cameras, these E-bikes are not 100% weatherproof.

Pre-Assembled Units and Warranty

Maintenance and Care Guidelines

Limitation of Liability

• We recommend customers obtain appropriate insurance to cover potential damage or loss not covered under this policy.

Acceptance of Risk

• By using or renting this E-bike, the user acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks of operating an electronic vehicle in outdoor environments and agrees to assume full responsibility for such risks.

Policy Acknowledgment and Signature

• This policy must be acknowledged and signed digitally or physically before the sale or rental transaction is completed.

Pickup Confirmation Clause

• Failure to report any defect or issue before leaving the pickup location constitutes acceptance of the E-bike’s condition and waives the right to dispute its functionality post-pickup.

Pre-Assembled Unit Warranty Waiver

• By purchasing a pre-assembled unit, the customer waives any right to claim warranty service from the manufacturer and agrees not to hold the manufacturer or assembler liable for defects discovered post-purchase.

Policy Enforcement

• Violations of this policy may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and restriction from future rentals.
