Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
- The total purchase price of $[Purchase Price] is due in full at the time of purchase.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or other methods pre-approved by the Seller.
Condition of Sale
- All eBikes are sold “as-is”. Buyer affirms that they have inspected or waived inspection and accepts the condition of the product at sale.
- There are no warranties expressed or implied, except for any manufacturer warranty that may still apply.
Assembly
- eBikes are sold unassembled and boxed by default.
- If Buyer requests assembly, a service fee of $[Assembly Fee] applies. Assembled units are not eligible for return under any condition.
Pick-Up Coordination
- Buyer is responsible for scheduling a pick-up appointment. Instructions will be emailed around August 10.
- Failure to pick up within 10 business days of availability may result in storage fees or order cancellation without refund.
Use and Performance
- Buyer understands that the eBike is optimized for paved roads. Performance may be reduced by over 50% in rough or off-road conditions.
- The eBike is designed for single-person use only. Overloading may result in damage or unsafe conditions.
Warranty and Returns
- Manufacturer warranty (if applicable) only covers manufacturing defects under standard use.
- Warranty is void if the bike is used in extreme environments such as Burning Man, deserts, flooded areas, or on unpaved roads for prolonged periods.
- Returns are only accepted for unopened boxes in original condition, stored indoors. If approved, returns may incur a 15% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted after the eBike has been assembled, ridden, altered, or exposed to harsh elements.
Accessories
- Accessories are sold separately and are final sale. Buyer is responsible for compatibility and installation unless otherwise stated.
